Bivio Data Retention System

The Bivio Data Retention System (DRS) provides unmatched coverage and tracking of user applications, networks and devices to strengthen cyber security operations for network operators and government agencies. The Bivio DRS uses proprietary record correlation technology combined with deep packet inspection (DPI) network probing to enable contextualized multi-source data collection and retention. The system links together disparate pieces of data to form a single record that represents the full context of the collected information. This information enables rich data mining for powerful cyber investigative operations.

Bivio Network Content Control System

The Bivio Network Content Control System (NCCS) enables customers to establish fine-grained traffic control policies on their networks. Traditional content control systems have primarily focused on “URL filtering”. The NCCS generalizes this function to all IP traffic, extending the benefits of URL filtering policies to general network traffic. Unlike proxy-based systems, the Bivio NCCS is designed for deployment in service provider networks with no topology changes. The NCCS can be used for either user-based or network-based policy enforcement. Used in both Cyber Security and network policy enforcement scenarios, the Bivio NCCS enables a wide range of solutions including content-based traffic enforcement filtering, “Safe Internet”, parental/authority controls and revenue assurance.

The Bivio 7000 is Bivio’s third generation of its award-winning networking device built specifically for network applications requiring deep packet inspection (DPI). Fully programmable in a standard Linux environment, it combines high-speed networking design elements with powerful compute capabilities to offer an unmatched combination of performance and flexibility. Built-in multi-application support enables co-location of multiple DPI-based applications, while its unique scaling properties ensure that wire-speed performance is maintained regardless of policy, network traffic profile, or complexity of application. The Bivio 7000 enables customers to rapidly deploy both passive and inline wire-speed DPI-based applications and services at speeds of 10Gb/s and beyond.
