Les holds a BS in MIS, CISSP, CISA, ITIL among other industry certifications.

Bob is a 17 year veteran of the high tech industry. In his role as the Vice President of Technical Services at Bivio, he is responsible for running the sales, solutions, and support engineering teams. Bob holds a BS and a MBA California State University, Sacramento. He also holds a MSEE from the University of California, Davis.
