Support & Maintenance Programs

The Support Services Program is designed to provide comprehensive hardware and software support services tailored to your unique business requirements. All agreements within the program provide you with access to our responsive team of experts to help you quickly maximize the availability of your Bivio solution.

The Support Services Program encompasses annual maintenance agreements that are selected and purchased with the initial equipment purchase. Bivio offers three annual support programs:

  • Ruby – Basic support & maintenance program
  • Sapphire – Professional support & maintenance program
  • Diamond – “Mission-critical” support & maintenance program

Bivio Professional Services
